A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.
Vision boards are AWESOME, and what better way to create yours than in a relaxing environment stimulated by others ladies and their BIG DREAMS as well! We're making it a party and you're invited! Feel free to invite a friend, and RSVP on the "Register Tab". Please read below for more details and materials you will need to bring.
WHO IS INVITED?
- Teens ages 15+
- Adults ages 18+
- Ladies ONLY. Please do not bring children.
WHAT TO BRING
- A handwritten list of your goals for 2018 and your overall life. (Relationships, career and finances, home, travel, personal growth (including spiritual, social and education) and health.)
- Glue sticks, tape or push pins. (Whatever you choose to attach your items to your board)
- Scissors
- Poster Board. | Foam Board | Cork Board | Canvas (Choose whatever kind of board you prefer. Any size is fine too.)
- A pair of socks. (Everyone please remove your shoes upon entrance to minimize dirt; some will be working on the floor.)
- A blanket or mat if you will be working on the floor.
- AN APPETIZER (Please bring an appetizer, dessert or drink to share with the ladies so we'll all have something to snack on while we work. Example: Wings, Chips & Dip, Meatballs, Sandwiches, Cheese & Crackers, cookies, 2 Liter Soda, Juice and etc. )
- Any magazines that you no longer want or need.
Optional Extras (If needed)
- A photo of yourself or family
- Items that you've printed and cut out from online.
- Markers / Pencil/ Color Pencils
- Stickers
- Letter Cut-Outs
- Jewels/Glitter
- Construction Paper
- Anything else that you would like to make your board CREATIVE. There are no rules!
